ARTIFACT: This is a scarce circa 1996 pilot wing for the short-lived Air Train (or Jet Train) Airlines. Established as Air Train in 1993 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the company promptly changed its name to Jet Train to avoid confusion with AirTran. The center of the wing shows many airplane silhouettes radiating outward into a compass design.

VINTAGE: Circa 1996.

SIZE: Approximately 9/16" in height and 3-3/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass, painted areas.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts with covered clutch-backs.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The wing shows virtually no wear.
