Scarce Official WWII CAP (Civil Air Patrol) Member Lapel Wing in Sterling by Gemsco

This is a scarce official Civil Air Patrol (CAP) member lapel "wing". The wing is in sterling silver with red and blue enamel and was made by Gemsco.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 3/8" in height and 1" in width.

Sterling silver, enamel.

Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

GEMSCO (twice - partially unreadable because of pin).

7+ (Very Fine+): The wing shows only some light wear and tarnish.
