Scarce Early WWII US Army WAAC (Women's Army Auxiliary Corps) Enlisted Hat Badge

This is a circa early World War II United States Army WAAC (Women's Army Auxiliary Corps) enlisted hat badge. WAC was the precursor of the Women's Army Corps. The badge shows a great eagle in relief at its center, which is detachable from the badge itself.

Approximately 1-1/2" in diameter.

Single screw post with disc backing, stabilization post.
