ARTIFACT: Scarce circa 1957 United States Naval Air Reserve Training Command Decal by Weisz Decalomania, Inc., in Chicago. The Naval Air Reserve Training Command decal with the F4D taking off dates from 1957-'58 and probably lasted until 1960. It reads: "NAVAL AIR RESERVE TRAINING COMMAND" along the top with a naval pilot wing along the bottom center. The reverse shows the maker and directions for application.

VINTAGE: Circa 1957

SIZE: Approximately 3-11/16 x 4-1/16"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Paper decal

MARKINGS: "WEISZ DECALOMANIA, INC. 153 WEST OHIO STREET CHICAGO 10, ILLINOIS", "WEISZ DUAL DUTY TRANSFER"

ITEM NOTES: This is from a USN collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MBJV15 LHEX11/15

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine&emdash;Excellent): The decal shows light wear and moderate age/soil/discoloration mostly to reverse, overall excellent condition.
