This is a Rhode Island Police Chief associate member wallet badge. The badge reads R. O'NEIL R.I. POLICE CHIEFS ASSOCIATION ASSOCIATE MEMBER and shows an anchor on an enameled field of blue.

Circa 1950's - 1960's.

Plated brass with enamel accents.
