ARTIFACT: Rare WWII United States Army Air Forces Radio Operator Information File. Restricted June 1945 Revised Edition filled with everything a WWII USAAF Radioman would ever need to know. An amazing reference. This example is ID'd to Sergeant Hobson, who tried to stamp his personal serial number on the cover. The covers are bound with leather strips, the cover reads: "RADIO OPERATOR'S INFORMATION FILE", "RESTRICTED".

VINTAGE: Circa 1945.

SIZE: Approximately 11-1/4" in height x 8-1/2" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Card stock, tape, leather, paper, ink.

ATTACHMENT: Three leather ties to bind information file.

MARKINGS: "WAR DEPARTMENT * AAF FROM No. 24R * APPROVED 11-23-44"

CONDITION: 6 (Fine+): Information file shows moderate to heavy wear/use, storage wear/soiling, nearly all the pages remain fully intact.
