ARTIFACT: This is a rare sterling silver United States Army Air Forces Observer wing by Balfour produced in a "Dazzler" style. The wing is in a shirt-size and has very finely engraved wing feathers.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: About 2" wide by 3/4" high.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with a "come under" locking catch.

MARKINGS: Sterling Balfour.

ITEM NOTES: The wing you receive will either be the one pictured or one in similar condition. This is from a WWII United States Army Air Forces observer wing collection that we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEJX08 LBDEX

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The wing has light wear and tarnish.
