ARTIFACT: Rare WWII United States Army Air Forces 28th College Training Detachment (Aircrew), later 2615th AAF Base Unit (college training, aircrew) Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio Instructor jacket patch. The patch depicts a winged white circle bearing the letters: "WRV" in red embroidered detail.


SIZE: Approximately 3-3/8" in diameter

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Embroidered wool, cotton/polyester/silk thread, gauze backing

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The patch shows minor to moderate wear and soiling, overall very fine condition.
