This is a rare Worl War II US Armp M. P. (Military Police photo ID badge from the New York Port of Embarkation in Brooklyn, NY. The badge is both numbered (45714) and dated (March 15, 1941), accompanied by a photo of the original wearer.
VINTAGE:Circa WWII.
SIZE:Appr: 2-3/4" x 1-3/4".
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Clear plastic, nickel plated nickel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with drop in locking catch.
MARKINGS:"MP MAR. 15 '41 45714 U.S. ARMY N.Y. PORT OF EMBARKATION BROOKLYN, N.Y."
