Rare WWII Luftwaffe Hermann Goering Division Panzer Tank Driver Sleeve Rate

This is a rare Luftwaffe Hermann Goering Division (Panzer) tank driver sleeve rate in black: not in the typical blue. This formidable division was named for Goering (by Goering), World War I ace, father of the Sturmabteilung and Gestapo and eventual commander of the Luftwaffe.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 2-3/8" in height x 2-5/16" in width.

Wool felt embroidered in cotton/silk threads, mesh backing.

To be sewn onto uniform.
