ARTIFACT:
This is a rare World War II CPT/WTS (Civilian Pilot Training/War Training Service) Pilot College Training Detachment shoulder patch from Louisiana Technical Institute. The patch shows a bulldog at its center wearing pilot goggles and Mercury's helmet.
VINTAGE:
Circa World War II.
SIZE:
Approximately 2-15/16" in diameter.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Twill embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
