This is a rare German Naval Administrative officer visor hat wreath from World War II. The wreath is in bullion on wool.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 2-5/16" in height and 2-3/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool felt embroidered in bullion threads, velour, cloth backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
