Rare WWII Ca. 1943 US Army Enlisted Man Plastic & Embossed Paper Hat Badge

Rare WWII circa 1943 United States Army Enlisted Man plastic and embossed paper hat badge. The embossed paper depicts the Great Seal of the United States, an eagle bearing a shield on its chest with arrows and oak leaves clutched in its talons and a scroll in its beak that reads: "E PLURIBUS UNUM". The plastic encases the paper and shows two areas of slight separation and the reverse features a plastic post and screwback.
