This is a excellent example of a WWI era French "Cigogne de Guynemer" Spa 3 Stork Badge. It is a hand made jeweler piece, as is typical of many WWI French Squadron Insignia.
VINTAGE:Circa WWI to early 1920's.
SIZE:About 2" in width by 1-1/2" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel with iron safety type pin affixed by lead solder.
ATTACHMENT:Safety type pin.
MARKINGS:none.
