This is a Rare World War I American Red Cross 2nd War Fund Official's Badge.
VINTAGE:World War I.
SIZE:Approximately 1" in height x 1" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass, red enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with tang-style 'C' catch.
