Rare US Army 526th Armored Infantry Battalion Bevo-Weave Patch with "Battleaxe" Tab

This is a rare World War II bevo-weave shoulder patch and tab for the United States Army 526th Armored Infantry Battalion, also known as the "Battleaxe". The patch is a tri-colored triangle and shows a tank, lightning bolt and 526 and the tab reads BATTLEAXE.

Circa World War II.

Patch is 3-5/8" in height and 4-1/8" in width and the tab is 5/8" wide and 4-3/4" long.

Silk bevo-weave.
