VINTAGE:Circa 1940.
SIZE:3" wide by 1-1/4" high.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver plated nickel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with a "tongue type" C catch.
MARKINGS:"NEWYORK" "MEYER" inside shield.
