ARTIFACT: Rare olive drab brown, bordered and backed WWII United States Army 29th Infantry Division patch. 

The 29th Infantry were among some of the first men to land on the beaches of Normandy.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII.

SIZE: 2-1/2" in height x 2-1/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered, olive drab brown, silk/cotton threads.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn onto garment.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a collection of US Army artifacts which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX13 LHEX11/14 SGEX02/15

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): Patch shows minor wear.
