Rare, mint in the box, United States military watch model W-46374 by Hamilton, dated July 198The first model was introduced in 1964 and remains in production today, as the technology has gone from mechanical movements to modern electronic movements. The goal was to create an inexpensive field watch for infantry and service troops, with a plastic case and no repairable parts. Each timepiece had 7 jewel manual wind mechanical movements, stainless steel case, acrylic crystal and the strap was OD nylon with a black anodized steel buckle. VINTAGE:Circa WWII
SIZE:Strap ¾" x 9 ½"; Case 1 ½" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Stainless steel, acrylic crystal, OD nylon, black anodized steel, cardboard, paper.
ATTACHMENT:Adjustable strap.
