This is a rare circa late 1930s or World War II United States Navy observer wing in an overseas cap size. The wing is in sterling silver.

Circa late 1930s-World War II.

Approximately 9/16 in height and 1-5/8" in width.

Sterling silver.

Horizontal pin with tongue-style catch.
