ARTIFACT: This is a rare instructor wing by Meyers Co. from Hawthorne Field, Northrop Contract Pilot School for the United States Army Air Forces' Western Technical Training Command. The wing has a red and blue HF at center.

VINTAGE: Circa between World War I and World War II.

SIZE: 2-7/8" wing.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver with red and blue enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with drop-in swivel catch.

MARKINGS: J.A. MEYERS & CO. LOS ANGELES STERLING.
