This is a rare early World War II service badge for six months of service with the American Public Health Board. The badge is an enameled red, white and blue banner with a small pendant reading 6 MOS hanging below.
VINTAGE:Circa early World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-13/16" in height and 1-1/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt enameled brass.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:None.
