ARTIFACT:

This is a rare, circa 1962 Vietnamese-made pocket patch for the US Army 339th Transportation Company Direct Support from Nha Trang. 

The patch shows a helicopter hovering over an airplane and reads ALWAYS IN GOOD HANDS.
The patch has been removed from a uniform. 

VINTAGE:

Circa 1962.

SIZE:

2-5/8" in diameter.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Cotton/silk bevo weave.

ATTACHMENT:

To be sewn onto garment.
