This is a Rare Early 1960's New Hampshire Department of Safety Division of Safety Service Badge #4. Safety Service was in Charge of Trucking/Transportation Regulation in NH until 1987.
VINTAGE:
Early 1960s.
SIZE:
Approximately 3-1/16" in height x 2-1/8" in width.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
HI-GLO(Hi-Glo) is a base material which has a golden color throughout and requires no surface plating. Highly polished to brilliant luster, a clear coating is then applied to enhance its durability) with multicolored enamel. Nickel-plated nickel findings.
