This is a World War I book on United States military drum playing entitled The Military Drummer, by Carl E. Gardner. It was published in 1918 by Carl Fischer of New York and was written as a reference for musicians in both the United States Army and Navy.
VINTAGE:Circa 1918.
SIZE:Approximately 5-7/8" in height and 4-1/4" in width and 7/16" in thickness.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Printed paper, painted cloth-wrapped covers.
ATTACHMENT:Glued binding.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The book is in wonderful shape with no rips or stains inside and only light fading of the greenish-blue cover.
