ARTIFACT:

Rare circa late 1930's Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) Camp #2222 patch from Norwich, New York. The center of the patch shows the camp's number in red embroidered detail and surrounding are mountains, a lake, and forest embellishments with: "CCC" along the top in yellow embroidered detail.

VINTAGE:

Circa late 1930's

SIZE:

Approximately 2-11/16" x 2-7/16"

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Embroidered wool felt, cotton/polyester/silk threads, gauze backing

CONDITION:

8 (Excellent-): The patch shows minor wear, light moth nips to bottom corner (does not detract), colors remain bright, overall excellent condition.
