ARTIFACT: This is a gilt brass circa 1939-1940 United States Navy pilot wing by Meyer. The wing shows an anchor at center with a striped crest.

VINTAGE: Circa 1939-1940.

SIZE: 2-3/4" wing.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under swivel catch.

MARKINGS: N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK with maker's mark.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Navy wing collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MGJX08 LCJEX4/10 SBGEX9/11

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): Wing shows light wear and has a handsome tarnish.
