Rare Circa 1930s New Hampshire State Police 1st Issue Celluloid-Encased Police Whistle

This is a rare circa 1930s New Hampshire State Police first issue celluloid-encased police whistle. The whistle is in a bright green celluloid with a plated brass ring. The surface where the ring attaches has a wood-grain design.
