Rare circa 1925 Series VI San Diego Police Badge #89

This is a Rare circa 1925 Series VI San Diego Police Badge #89. This very large badge was worn from 1925 until 1930, when San Diego changed to the same style as the Los Angeles Series 5 badge, which they still wear to this day. All of the San Diego Badges came together, from a descendant of Charles L. Woods.

Circa 1925s.

Approximately 3-7/16" in height x 2-3/8" in width.

Heavy, die-struck nickel plated nickel, with copper numbers at center.

Vertical pin with locking drop-in catch.
