This is a RARE circa 1971 United State Air Force Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Security Police Lieutenant Badge by C.W. Nielsen.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1971.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-15/16" in height x 2-1/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gold-plated chromed brass with painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.

CONDITION:

8+ (Excellent):The badge shows minor wear, and only center field at 8-9 O'clock where the gold plating has worn through to the chrome, but it doesn't distract.
