ARTIFACT: Rare circa 1966 - 1967 United States Navy River Patrol Section 531 Delta Dragons 1st Type pocket patch. This example is hand-embroidered on woven wool, is Nam-made, and was removed from uniform. The center of the patch shows a red, white, and blue US Shield with a dragon beneath and the center reads: "RIVPATSEC531" and surrounding: "U.S. NAVY DELTA DRAGONS" in embroidered lettering.

VINTAGE: Circa 1966 - 1967

SIZE: Approximately 3-7/8" x 4-2/8"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Hand-embroidered woven wool, cotton/silk/polyester threads, linen backing
