Rare Ca. 1944 Issue AAF Flight Nurse Wing

This is a rare first issue silver type AAF Flight Nurse Wing made from the 1943 die, still having "ACID TEST" on the reverse.

Circa 1944.

About 2" in width by 3/4" in height.

Sterling silver.

Clutch-back.
