This is a rare circa 1909 British Boy Scouts 1st Pattern Patrol Leader and Seconder hat badge. The stamp on the Fluer-de-lis shaped badge is registered to #53953There are two five-pointed star-shaped holes cut out of the badge.
VINTAGE:Circa 1909.
SIZE:Approximately 1-7/8" in height x 1-1/2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Stamped nickel, copper lugs, brass keeper.
ATTACHMENT:Two lugs and clipping keeper pin.
