This is a rare circa 1900 Hamburg - American Line Demitasse Cup, and it is very delicate. It is exceptionally elegant, and in wonderful shape given its delicate construction and painted decorations. The cup is bottom marked "Fraureuth". (Factory 1866 - 1926).
VINTAGE:Circa 1900.
SIZE:Approximately: 2" in height x 2-3/4" in width. Cup: 2" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Porcelain, paint.
ATTACHMENT:Handle.
MARKINGS:Maker Mark and Fraureuth. (Half faded, Image 5)
