This is a Rare 1980's - 1990's Forest Service Small Jumper School Graduate Lapel Wing. 

1980s -1990s.

Approximately 3/8" in height x 7/8" in width.

Silver Plated Brass with green enameling for the pin, and the screw back is gold-plated chrome-plated brass.

Single screw post with disc backing.
