This is an Extremely Rare Circa 1918 Curtiss Flying School Lapel Pin for a Graduate or an Instructor. The Curtiss Flying School was started by Glenn Curtiss to compete against the Wright Flying School l of the Wright Brothers. The first school was located in San Diego, California.
VINTAGE:Circa 1918.
SIZE:About 1"in length x 1/4" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Enameled & gilt brass.
ATTACHMENT:Screwback.
MARKINGS:Marking inside Screwback.
