Extremely Rare AVG Flying Tigers Lapel Pin with Ruby

This is an extremely rare lapel pin from the American Volunteer Group (aka the Flying Tigers).The pin shows a winged tiger in flight with a ruby where his mouth is.

Circa World War II.

About 3/4" in height and 1-1/8" in width.

Gold-filled with enamel and ruby chip.

Horizontal pin with drop-in swivel catch.

1/20 10K GOLD FILLED and a maker's mark.
