ARTIFACT: This is a scarce 1945-1947 Czechoslovakian Air Force field observer badge in 800 silver. The badge is by Provaznik, and is numbered and marked on reverse.

VINTAGE: Circa 1945-1947.

SIZE: About 2-1/2" in width by 2" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: .800 silver.

ATTACHMENT: Three (3) prongs.

MARKINGS: 298 III 800 FP (followed by a triangular maker's mark).

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The badge has some inor wear and tarnishing; one prong is missing.
