This is a rare circa 1940-1941 United States Air Corps Command pilot shirt-size wing by Amico. The wing is in sterling silver and is hallmarked with Amico's first-type "eagle" mark.
VINTAGE:Circa 1940-1941 (World War II).
SIZE:Approximately 13/16" in height by 2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with come-under swivel locking catch.
MARKINGS:Amico first-type "eagle" maker mark, STERLING.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The wing has some small areas of light wear and tarnish, mostly on reverse.
