Description
Rare 1930's Civilian Conservation Corps Camp #2722 Palisades shoulder patch from Mount Vernon, Iowa. The red wool felt patch shows an image of the state of Iowa embroidered in yellow with a sun in the center and an evergreen rising up on the left side. Positioned diagonally across the patch it reads: "2722 PALISADES".

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The patch shows minor to moderate use and storage wear/soiling and a small spot of fading/sun at bottom right (see photo), overall very fine condition.
