Rare 1930s Air Corps (USAAC) Flight School Sweetheart Pin

This is a rare 1930s US Army Air Corps Flight School sweetheart pin. The pin consists of a crest reading UT VIRI VOLENT (So the Strong May Fly) and a miniature wing connected by a chain.

Circa 1930s.

Largest pin has a 1/2" height and entire pin with chain stretched taut has a 2-3/4" length.

Gold-plated brass with blue and black enamel.

Both pins with have drop-in locking swivel catch (one vertical and one horizontal).
