Rare 1890s Provincetown, Massachusetts Police Radiator Badge with Orig. Wearer's Initials

This is an extremely rare and wonderful circa 1890s police badge for Provincetown, Massachusetts, now a popular tourist destination at the extreme end of Cape Cod. The badge is in the radiator style with a decorative floral and leaf border. The badge bears the original wearer's initials in script upon a small shield.

Circa 1890s.

Approximately 2-5/8" in height and 2-3/8" in width.

plated brass.

Vertical safety-style pin with two small rectangular saddles.

WWF or WWS initials on front.
