ARTIFACT: This is a rare 1870s Lynn, Massachusetts Notification Company badge (an early messenger service). The badge shows an eagle at top and a striped crest at center and reads KLYNN NOTIFICATION CO. LYNN 10.

VINTAGE: Circa 1870s.

SIZE: 2-5/8" height and 1-13/16" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel-plated brass with black painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with safety-style catch.

MARKINGS: N/A.
