Rare 1870s Lynn, Massachusetts Notification Company Badge

This is a rare 1870s Lynn, Massachusetts Notification Company badge (an early messenger service). The badge shows an eagle at top and a striped crest at center and reads KLYNN NOTIFICATION CO. LYNN 10.

Circa 1870s.

2-5/8" height and 1-13/16" width.

Nickel-plated brass with black painted lettering.

Vertical pin with safety-style catch.
