ARTIFACT:

This is a pre-WWI United States Army officer hat badge by Tiffany & Co.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1910s-1920s.

SIZE:

About 2" in width by 2" in height.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Bronze.

ATTACHMENT:

Single screw post with two small bent pins for stabilization, one of which is missing.

MARKINGS:

TIFFANY & CO BRONZE above maker's mark.

ITEM NOTES:

CONDITION:

9 (Excellent-Near Mint): Very minor wear and tarnishing, one small pin missing on back.
