This is a pair of late World War II United States Army technical sergeant rank stripes.
Made in the Pacific theatre, perhaps in Guam or on another island, each stripe is khaki twill on navy twill and shows three chevrons, the third one closed in by an arc at its base and underlined by one more arc. These were removed from a uniform.
VINTAGE:
These appear to have been cut down form a Master Sergeant Pair, and worn as shown, as there are strings showing at bottom along with the rest of the way around the patch, where they were sewn to a uniform.
Circa late World War II.
