Description
This is a pair of dog tags from the same officer: one pair from World War I and one from World War II. They originally belonged to Eugene R. Fellows, who served in the United States Air Service during World War I. A Vermont native, Fellows was an officer in both World Wars. A of the US Army Officers Register (not included) shows he retired as a MAJ in 195He was also a school teacher and postal clerk in Topsham, VT, and was married with 3 daughters. He was born in Philadelphia in 1888 and died in Morristown, VT in 196He is buried in Topsham. His Death Certificate (not included) verifies service in both World Wars.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I and World War II.
SIZE:WWI tags: approximately 1-3/8" in diameter (each); WWII tags: 1-1/8" by 2" (each).
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Pot metal, brass.
ATTACHMENT:Holes.
