Pair of WWI U-Boat Comradeship Organization Badges with Detlev Nieman COA

This is a pair of circa World War I U-Boat comradeship organization badges that come with a certificate of authenticity from Detlev Nieman. One badge is an eagle atop a large U, and is for a U-boat veterans' organization. The other one has a U pendant dangling from a bar with an Imperial eagle.

Circa World War I.

Approximately 1" in height and 1-1/4" in width and 1-1/16" in height and 1-5/16" in width.

Plated brass, enamel.

Horizontal pin with C catch (on each).

One pin has a shield mark on the reverse.
