Numbered WWI US Aircraft Service Enameled Pin

This is a rare World War I United States Aircraft Service pin. The pin reads AIRCRAFT SERVICE and shows a winged star.

Circa World War I.

7/16" height and 1-3/16" width.

Gold-plated brass with red, white and blue enamel.

Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

(Hard-to-read company name) NEWARK, N.J. L214.
