Numbered WWI US Aircraft Factory Worker Lapel Badge by Whitehead & Hoag

This is a numbered World War I United States aircraft factory worker badge by Whitehead & Hoag. The pin reads AIRCRAFT INDUSTRIAL SERVICE US ARMY NAVY and shows a propeller at center.

Circa World War I.

Approximately 5/8" in height and 1" in width.

Gold-plated brass with red, white and blue enameled details.

Single screw post with sleeved disc backing and one stabilizer pin.
