Novelty Phu Cat Viet Nam Peace patch 1970 Ð 1971, Saigon-made Cheap Charlie patch. The center shows a white twill peace sign embroidered with black thread and surrounding it read"PHU CAT 70 71 VIET NAM" in black lettering against a red canvas background. The patch is backed with olive drab twill.
